Stoughton Diversity and Inclusion Organization (SDIO) seeks to celebrate Stoughton's diversity. We work to help make Stoughton an inclusive community that welcomes all people. We promote an environment that is safe and secure for all. We value Stoughton's diversity and the need for inclusivity throughout the community, including people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized. We work to foster an appreciation of diversity and engage in activity that promotes and implements inclusiveness throughout our town. We reject hatred, in all of its varied manifestations, identifying hatred for what it is and we work to counter hatred through statements, activities, and events that celebrate respect, compassion, empathy, love, and understanding. The SDIO seeks to identify and address structural impediments to inclusivity within our community and work to address and eradicate injustices that exist due to these impediments.
